MILITARY SITES ON THE EPA SUPERFUND LIST

downloadHere’s some good stuff for those of you filing for Stateside/ Guam chemical exposure. A regular grab bag of goodies for dang near every base in the states that had any aircraft using AVGAS or JP-4. The Fort McClellan stuff is great as is the Camp LeJeune info. A good place to start your claim.

A”board” up to 1994 was three judges with two allowed to make a quorum. The backlog got so bad by then they let one judge be a Board. All of a sudden there was sixty boards instead of 20. Now they have about 82 Judges and six times the backlog. They even let staff attorneys act as “Acting Veterans Law Judges if the case is simple and requires little intelligence. What was his name, Paul?
