Old VASRD Versions

Attached are several original versions in two different formats- 1964 and 1969- that I have been able to lay my hands on. Should any of you find later ones, please feel free to send them to us for inclusin. For really old or newer ones for your research projects on ratings, I suggest the 38 CFR Link above. At the bottom of every regulation is a link to the original posting in the Federal Register such that you can see the update and the effective year.
