I know. All the Karen’s will come out from under their rocks and tell us this is untrue. But it isn’t. It’s very easy to verify it happened. Without beating a dead horse, elections do matter. Be sure to exercise your right to vote this November. Allow me to enunciate once again, I don’t advocate for one candidate or another. We live in America and are free to chose those we wish to represent us. I wouldn’t even presume to tell anyone what they should think…or do.
I received the following from a fellow heavily decorated Viet Nam combat Veteran. I have no idea what his political affiliation is and don’t wish to. What I do know is Ed loves America as much, or more so than me.

Veterans Claims Help 
I can confirm that this exact behavior is true. Why? Because I am a vet but I am also a retired fire fighter. Trump did virtually the same thing with our group of FFs. He gave us special attention and time ahead of our city’s politicians and dignitaries. I have not seen that with other politicians and I have the pictures to prove it. Not for a press op but for us.
All i know is that most veterans in the USA used to fight and die to protect us from socialists and any suggestions that we give up our freedoms or bill of rights. Now we vote for socialists and the first ammendment is considered offensive. Well maybe Trump is an ego driven Ahole but he is not a sell out communist or brain dead crook. I’ll take the ahole any day over a destroyed economy and endless wars.
I’m a Vietnam Veteran and I have PTSD and Anxiety and Stress but when I go vote I will do so for the man that took a bullet for our country….I’m no sucker bc the only other option is her ….hehehe

Gosh, FELIX and Richrod1678. I agree with both of you on several levels but it appears you may have missed my point. Nobody can say this guy doesn’t try, like all politicians, to get in front of a camera for more publicity. He’s a 1000% full-blown narcissist and that grates on my ears. And, like all of them, he has a lot of vocal supporters.
At another level, I personally believe that all politicians do not have Veterans’ best interests at heart or they would have come together and bilaterally taken care of us long, long ago. That makes us losers and suckers, folks. Both sides think of us as nothing more than a “photo op” and a vote-getter. Notice how they all show up at Veterans Parades? We’ve been getting shitty medical care and very low compensation since the War of 1812 regardless of who was in the White House. I doubt that will ever change.
I’m sure the video is real just as I’m also sure as shit that it’s just another slick attempt at garnering votes. Both sides do it in case you hadn’t noticed. I knew it would generate comments. That’s a good thing. Democracy is alive and well… as it should be. Maybe it’ll induce you all to go out and vote.
I spend most days litigating now but I love to post your pictures and videos you send in here on the blog. I wish I had more time to fight for our rights in Congress, too, but I don’t cotton to catching any political diseases.

I have to agree with you. I’ve been listening to Trump‘s crap since the early 70s when I was a kid before I was in the military, and Trump has no endearing qualities or would never put anybody above him because he’s a narcissist egotistical piece of crap that if he would degrade such an honorable man as John McCain, even if I served under him, he would never have my respect because honor is honor and liberty is Liberty and justice for all. There’s no you and me. It’s only us and united. So I guess that’s why I received the big bucks for being a schizophrenic and even in my schizophrenia. The only one I put close to me is God so stupid is as stupid does and let God decide the difference
