Correction, Robert. Your case is at the BVA awaiting a decision. If you lose you will be venturing into this quagmire.
First time I seen this. Is this good or bad? My appeal is in that mess right now. SO are these cases decided by just 1 judge? I told you my judge was Michael Martin so he is the same judge again with the IME results? The pro se numbers do stand out. Still we must hurry up and wait…
