NEW YOUTUBE LINK TO THE BOOK

Here’s the preliminary for the book on You tube. I had no idea I got this with my package. I also have no idea why they are taking forever to get it to me. Who cares? It’s done.

I like the book trailer but why is the link private?

X Libris sent it to me for approval. I asked them to correct the Vet in the wheel chair saluting with his left hand. When they do, I’ll approve it and it will be “officially” released.

Have a question that you may have the answer for, or maybe one of your readers know something about it that can help me to clarify my confusion. I know of a wounded warrior that is receiving a bunch of money from the military on a monthly basis because he was physically disabled in combat and he receives continuing treatment for his PTSD and monthly checks due to the claimed PTSD. He also receives monthly checks for his two kids that he gets in his name and he claims to use that money for on-going expenses with the raising of his kids. His wife, also military, gets monthly checks for not working in order to help to take care of the man with his needs due to the high-levels of pain-medications he has to continue. Totally, the man and his wife receive about $4,000.00 monthly counting the kids portions ($600.00 x 2 each month) of incoming money. That amount I understand he receives as being a vet with the money coming from the V.A, and that much I understand. But, my specific question is if he is later dismissed from the military because he is no longer deployable and they dismiss him from the service because of his disabilities, does he still get the V.A.-benefits for life or is he then kick off the V.A.-funding and put into the state welfare system in the state he resides? thanks much for any clarifications.

If injured in service, he’ll get compensation check from VA. However, it will not be as large as what he receives now. If he is 100% disabled at discharge, he’ll get $2924 + kids. If he gets more it will be for TBI under Special monthly Comp. “T” which would be close to the $4K he gets now. He’ll also get SSDI on top of it. No amount will repay him for whathe’ll lose in lifetime earnings though. That’s what we signed up for.

The Nexus letter is the most impotant part of a vA claim.
One Nexus letter will do; More than one is better.
I had five Nexus letters; slam dunk.

Thank You to the author of the book.

“CUT THROUGH THE RED TAPE”? Red tape or criminal acts to deny by the vA seems to mean the same thing. It’s well done. Does NOD help with other than HCV claims? vA watchdog a good source for other claims assistance?

To answer your question, YES. askNOD contains crucial information that is essential for all VA claims, not just HCV.
