    This year Santa’s venison may be infected with Chronic Wasting Disease (CWD). He needs to check out the CDC Map! The VT gov. is getting panicky because it’s been found about 100 miles from the border in deer and hunting them for food is very popular here.

    No reports of animal>human transmission yet but CDC says to use gloves dressing the animals and get flesh tested–so they are concerned.
    Will state wildlife agency’s offer the tests?
