I want to walk each of you interested through the process and open your eyes to how easy it is to crack this nut. As with all VA projects, all you need is time.

Veterans Claims Help 
Sir Graham, I bid you good day. Have some questions, hope you can help. Received a letter from VA on my more recent appeal. They gave me most everything that I challenged them on, however they are trying to combine my hep c and transplant ratings and misplacing the 30% they awarded me in 2008. They are claiming CUE on themselves and I am fairly sure that hep c is not a residual from transplant. Will be happy to scan both the 2008 and 2015 rulings and send them to you.
