After the public relations disaster in Orlando with the VA Human Resources’ cheese and wine tasting/ Karaoke extravaganza last year, VA has been hardpressed to find a suitable replacement that is reprehensible. Fortunately for them, they have the old boy (or girl) network and came up with an able replacement- Major General Geena Farrisee (ret.). They really had to scrape the bottom of the barrel to find one who will do the dirty deeds.
