Just noticed the BVA snuck in the third quarter decisions about two months late. Hey, it’s the congressional shutdown, right? Well, not exactly. Seems they’ve been bedeviled all year with this problem. I suppose the mere threat of a shutdown in October, mentioned in jest in March of this year was enough to give ’em the willies and make them seize up until June. Well. all’s well that ends well. I guess this means all the year-end ratings up to December 31, 2013 will appear sometime next March. If we don’t have another shutdown…
