Then and only then will they acknowledge there are “secondary” side effects following treatment. In truth, your health never recovers from the infection -let alone the cure. But make no mistake about it. Hepatitis does not definitely destroy the thyroid gland. Only the bug juice people have come back to tell us about this. The DM2 and a wealth of other autoimmune goodies also are possible.

I have gathered several studies and research about Hypothyroidism and HCV.
In those studies Doctors are instructed to test the patient for HCV if they present with Hypothyroidism, because HCV is probably the root cause for the Hypothyroidism.
I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism almost a year before being diagnosed with HCV.
This information has been passed to Mr. NOD.
Thyroid cancer is most definately a good possibility as it relates to HCV. Been there, seen it had mine removed.
Yeppers. But did you do the bug juice? Once? Twice? More? Everyone I know who has HCV and never treated still has a thyroid but a little low on fluid. Every one I’ve met who’s done the juice has a minimum of hypothyroidism or cancer or had it cut out to stay alive. VA examiners insist the jury is still out on this one.
