Veterans Claims Help 
Look up at the top of the decisions. It will show you the date of the VARO denial. Notice the one at the top of the decisions is from April 2009 denial decision. You’ll also notice he died trying.
How old are these cases? A representative from BVA told me that they are currently working on cases from 2010 and only 2010. Four freaking years? Is it any wonder folks go “postal”?
