Sure enough there are 352 HCV decisions now posted for 2013. BVA put them up this afternoon.

Veterans Claims Help 
Just looking at random I find this all too often:
“Only one medical opinion as to the etiology of the Veteran’s hepatitis C is in evidence in this case, the opinion of the October 2012 VA examiner”.
Kind of leaves you wondering what the National Service Officer you signed with is doing. And this is after a prior denial (or two or three) at the RO. Still no other opinions between RO denial and appeal 2.5 years later. Duh…File the form 9, file the form 9 file the form 9. Okay. What next?
