Well, LOU of creative organ (ED) is SMC K for about $105 a month if it was for compensation-not pension. If it was error, then they can recoup the money. You can ask for an abatement and state it would cause immense hardship and since it was VA’s mistake, they shouldn’t ask for it back. I’d go see a VSO and have them file the request for abatement.
