BVA DECISIONS UPDATE

Here’s the latest attempt by the IT gurus to shake something out. Nothing happened. Frankly the boys are stumped over at 810 Vermont Ave. NW. To add insult to injury, Vermont tried to get D.C. to change the street name VA is on. No dice. Vermont is reputedly actively exploring new names for their state.

I sent some “evidence” to Vermont Ave in DC Certified Mail. This what came up on the USPS website regarding the status of my envelope. Does this mean what I think it means? .You mentioned them trying to change address to screw us even more! If no signature it will be returned to me. How do we submit to the Board of Appeals if they don’t accept mail? HOW LOW CAN THE GOVT GO TO AVOID THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO VETERANS?

Very odd, Robert. I do know that Certified Mail-Return Receipt Requested is attempted three times before the article is returned to sender. What a novel way to avoid receipt- Sorry, nobody here but us chickens! Quite frankly, this is very bad news. Congressional intervention, anyone?
