How cool is this? Remember back in the day with the Booean search engine they had strapped on to the BVA decisions site? It was a daisy. It went all the way back to 1992. Shoot. The thing was old when Moby Dick was still a minnow. You could find a cite in a haystack with it. Well, trust someone to come up with a reasonable facsimile eventually. I cut my baby teeth on VA SMC law and precedence with the old one. It was essentially the poor man’s Westlaw for $0.00 dollars a minute. Then VA went on a diet and wrecked it.
Anyway, without further ado, I present fellow NOVA member Matt Wilcut Esq.’s adventures in good searching. This may go down as a real Rosetta stone for Veterans researching their claims and I’m proud to be allowed to share it with you all. Free, naturally, as all good VA knowledge should be. Bon apétit.
