Yes, that really is my name. :) I was a VA claims adjudicator (what we call a "Rating Specialist" or "RVSR") from 2008 to 2014, and from 2014 to present I've been a Veterans Attorney accredited by the VA Office of General Counsel to represent Veterans and survivors with their claims and appeals. I decided thousands of cases when I worked at VA and was a senior RVSR who trained and mentored the other raters.     Alex, l just wanted to get back with you on an injury that l have had last Friday afternoon. I fell at home and Fractured my right leg lower Tibia. I had surgery last Saturday morning and will be having in home physical therapy on my injury. I did send a short note asking them to remove be me from my POA. I did state how happy l am to have them represent me in my claim. I am in the Hospital right now with Double pneumonia and COVAID. I would like to have you take over my claim if you will, and if CCK will release me. The thought would be to file for the fractured lowered right Tibia with home care, and then go for Diabetes with more of a longer term.

    Alex, l am in the Hospital at this time. Nothing better to do with my time right now. We talked a couple weeks ago on the paperwork for the R2, the other company was suppose to follow through with that end, but at this point l am not sure if they are going to follow through of not? I am in the Hospital on another issue right now. I came down with COVID Monday. While l was trying ti get around this morning, l slipped on my step that gets me in and out of bed. I may have surgery on my ankle in the morning. l fell to the floor and broke my Ankle on my right Foote. The VA as it is just an Urgent care placed me in Saint Thomas, here in Tennessee. Should the VA follow up and verify my recovery? Should this take me up to the next full step, l talked to James a little about this in the past.
