As you know, I attempt to help the living in the pursuit of their claims. Here is a Veteran that has risen from the dead to add his voice to our cause. I have been attempting, over the last several months to help a widow with her case but could find nothing that would assist her with a post-mortem claim. I hope this may help her as well as some of you in your quest for justice if you have lost your spouse to this insidious illness. VA smugly tells us that our claims die with us if unadjudicated.
